At Smeg, we stand by the quality of our Italian-designed appliances and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Whether it is a small countertop accessory or a major kitchen appliance, we aim to make your return process as seamless as our design aesthetic.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package with Care

  Place the item in its original Smeg packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
